Edmund is a wholly owned holding company of TPV Technology Group, a well-known display manufacturer in the world. he is currently responsible for the operation and sales of its own brands AOC and Envision, as well as Greatwall displays in the domestic market. In 2020, the enterprise achieved annual sales of 5.37 billion yuan.

In 2008, Edmund Technology was registered in Wuhan. Why did you choose to settle in Wuhan from thousands of miles away? Lu Yiqiao explained: “at the beginning, many cities gave us an olive branch. Wuhan was chosen to value the layout of the local ‘optical core screen end network’ industrial chain, the sincerity of the government in attracting investment, and Wuhan’s unique transportation and location advantages.”
In order to let this group of young people who came to Wuhan with a dream to do something great take root in Cai Dian. At the beginning of 2008, Caidian District set up a special enterprise service class of more than 10 people, ranging from the formalities related to the settlement of enterprises to the problems of food, medical treatment, housing, transportation, and schooling for their children after coming to Han Dynasty. The special service class has carried out omni-directional and full-process deputy agents.
Chen Si, then 25, was a member of the enterprise service class at that time. He recalled that commuting between Beijing and Wuhan was the norm for members of the enterprise service team at that time. In order to solve the accommodation problem of the company’s employees after coming to Han, he almost ran all the apartment buildings in Zhuankou and Mangshan area, asking around to see if there were any vacant rooms in the supporting dormitories of the surrounding factories. In view of the inconvenience of employees’ travel, the enterprise service team, through coordination, opened the first local employee transportation vehicle.
Edmund Science and Technology settled in Wuhan for 13 years, when the enterprise service class was disbanded with the enterprise on the right track, but the commitment of personal service enterprises has never changed.
What impressed Lu Yiqiao most was that after the epidemic last year, in order to help enterprises return to work and production, Caidian District assisted enterprises in preparing masks, disinfectants, and other epidemic prevention materials, guided the normalization of scientific prevention and control of the epidemic, and took the initiative to find a market for enterprises.
In mid-November last year, the Enterprise Service Commissioner of Caidian Economic Development Zone took the initiative to find Lu Yiqiao and invited them to attend a forum on enterprise docking in the area, at which Edmund reached an intention to cooperate with a number of enterprises. “they regard the business of the enterprise as their own business, and the enterprise has a stronger sense of acquisition and more confidence in development.” Lu Yiqiao said.
With the help of the policy of resuming work and production, Edmund overcame difficulties such as insufficient production capacity, estimated the market in advance and formulated a corresponding plan, with annual sales reaching 5.37 billion yuan last year.
